e-Registration Help

e-Registration helps Skokie School District 73.5 collect student demographic, emergency, and medical information for the current school year. The process also allows parents/guardians to electronically sign the annual permissions, photo and video releases, and device take-home agreements.

e-Registration is required for all students and must be completed before the first day of school.

HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH E-REGISTRATION?

Visit SD735.POWERSCHOOL.COM on a computer and log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account.

  1. Select the student you wish to register from the names listed along the top of the Parent Portal website

  2. Click the e-Registration link in the LEFT sidebar

  3. Agree to the terms and conditions
  4. Click Begin Forms
  5. Repeat Steps 1-4 for each child
I DON'T KNOW MY LOGIN FOR THE POWERSCHOOL PARENT PORTAL

If you can't retrieve your login credentials using the "Forgot Username or Password?" link on the Parent Portal Sign In page, please contact the SD73.5 Data Specialist at 847-676-8213 for assistance Monday through Thursday (and Fridays beginning August 19th) between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

CAN I USE THE POWERSCHOOL MOBILE APP FOR E-REGISTRATION?

e-Registration is available only through the PowerSchool Parent Portal website. The link to e-Registration is not available in the mobile app.

MY CHILD IS NOT LISTED ALONG THE TOP OF THE PARENT PORTAL WEBSITE

Please contact the SD73.5 Data Specialist at 847-676-8213 or by email at [email protected]. Provide your child's full name, date of birth, and the grade they will enter in school year 2022-2023.

DO I HAVE TO ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS?

Required questions are marked as "Required" and have a red asterisk: *

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE?

If you would like to make a change before submitting the form, you can go back to the page using the "Prev" or "Next" button and then correct the information. If you have already submitted the form you will need to contact your student's school to request corrections.

I'VE COMPLETED THE FORM. NOW WHAT HAPPENS?

When you have finished entering all information, click "Submit" to send your e-Registration forms to the school. If you cannot click on the "Submit" button, you will need to make sure you have answered all required questions.

DO I NEED TO DO THIS FOR EACH CHILD?

Yes, because you will need to provide information that is specific to each child. We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another. This will allow you to "snap" (or share) selected family information, which will save you time.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER?

Please call the school's front office to make arrangements for completing e-Registration at school.

HOW DO I SIGN UP MY CHILD TO RIDE THE BUS?

NEW FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023: Registration for bus transportation is separate from e-Registration. Visit the Transportation & Bus Information page on our website for more information and to register your child to ride the bus.
