Diligent Community

Diligent Community is an online Board of Education business management system that houses and shares Board of Education meeting information and policies. The District transitioned from BoardDocs to Diligent Community in January 2026. This transition supports improved ADA accessibility, enhanced transparency, and more efficient Board management. See the quick video tutorial and instructions here for how to access the Diligent Community platform.

To access the Diligent platform:

  1. Visit www.sd735.org
  2. Click the ABOUT US tab
  3. Click the Board of Education tab
  4. Click the Diligent Community site link (underlined and highlighted in green). This will redirect you to our public site on the Diligent Platform.

Navigating the Public Site:

  • Under the RECENT MEETINGS heading, select the meeting you would like to view.
  • Click or tap the VIDEO button to view the live recording. This will direct you to a split screen of the agenda and live recording. You can navigate the agenda and documents within that split screen.
  • You can also view the agenda or agenda packet as a PDF.
