Our Student Services teams gathered for a two-day training on August 14-15, 2025, to prepare for the new school year. Special education, related service, psychology, paraprofessional, and multilingual staff engaged in learning about ISBE EL–ML guidance, WIDA ACCESS updates, strategies for oracy and translanguaging, best practices for supporting students, and a CPI refresher. Staff also received legal updates, worked through start-of-year checklists, updated student accommodations, and collaborated on case management and IEP planning.
