February Parent-Teacher Conferences

McCracken families: The 3-appointment limit will be removed on Thursday, February 8th by 7:00 a.m. Once the limit is removed, families may sign up for additional conferences with available teachers until registration closes on Tuesday, February 13th at 12:00 noon.

Parents and Guardians are invited to participate in Parent-Teacher Conferences two times a year, once in October and again in February.

Teachers will be available for your choice of in-person or video conferences on the following dates:

  • Thursday, February 15th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday, February 16th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Online registration for February conferences opens on Monday, February 5th at 7:00 a.m. and closes on Monday, February 12th at 3:00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: PowerSchool system maintenance is scheduled on the following dates. During these times, access will be limited and the PowerSchool Parent Portal might display a message that the system is unavailable:
  • Wednesday, February 7th from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight
  • Saturday, February 10th from 5:00 p.m. until Sunday, February 11th at 3:00 p.m.
► Due to the PowerSchool system maintenance described above, online registration has been extended and will close on Tuesday, February 13th at 12:00 noon.

Be prepared! Sign in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account NOW and log in to PowerPTC to view your dashboard before registration opens on Monday morning.
