Dear Middleton Families,

The Business Office would like to offer payment plan options to Middleton families for the 2022-2023 Winter/Spring Enrichment program. There are two options for a payment plan: 

  • Option 1: Two (2) Installments
    • 1st due by Monday, January 30th
    • 2nd due by Monday, April 17th
  • Option 2: Three (3) Installments
    • 1st due by Monday, January 30th
    • 2nd due by Monday, March 13th
    • 3rd due by Monday, April 17th

If you would like to use a payment plan option, please complete the attached Enrichment Payment Plan Form and return it to either the Business Office or Middleton School by Friday, January 27th. The form offers the option to pay cash, check, or credit card. If possible, please use the credit card option as this will simplify the payment plan process.

Also, please note that families will not be permitted to enroll in future enrichment classes until enrichment balances for previous enrichment sessions are paid in full.
