Dear Middleton Families,

As we close out the third trimester and another wonderful school year, we want to thank you for your partnership and support. It has been a true pleasure to watch our students learn and grow together as respectful, responsible, and ready learners, as kind friends, and to achieve so much throughout the year.

Our first grade Bulldogs navigated a new school with independence and growth, from using hallway bathrooms with independence to cafeteria procedures and McNally Park for recess, as well as new Exploratories classes like STEAM and Drama. Fifth grade students created lasting memories during their incredible White Pines experience, and our second through fifth graders closed the year with another incredible camp from the Chicago Bears Mini-Monsters program!

We are also incredibly proud of our student musicians and performers. Our 4th and 5th grade musical, Frozen Jr., was an incredible success. All of the band and music concerts were wonderful, Robotics Club expanded to two teams this year, and countless students participated in after-school enrichment and running club. The successes reflected in these opportunities is the result of the dedication, hard work, and talent of our students and staff.

Thank you for being part of the Middleton school community. We wish you and your family a fun, relaxing, and safe summer break!

Trimester 3 report cards are ready for your review and digital signature.

Please see “How to View Report Cards Online” here for a step-by-step guide to viewing your child’s report card in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

If you would like to request a print copy of your child’s report card, please complete the Print Report Card Request Form. A print copy of the report card can be sent by postal mail to the student’s Home Address on file in PowerSchool OR prepared for pickup by arrangement with the school office IF…

  1. The name, email address, and relationship to student submitted on the form matches the Student Contact information on file in PowerSchool
    AND
  2. The individual requesting and picking up the report card is authorized for PowerSchool access to student data.

If the above requirements are not met, the print report card will not be prepared. Please call the Middleton office at 847-673-1222 as needed for assistance.
