Dear McCracken Families,
It is hard to believe that Trimester 2 is already coming to an end! Our McCracken Hornets have been working diligently, and we are proud of all they have accomplished. Trimester 1 report cards are ready for your review and digital signature.
Please see “How to View Report Cards Online” here for a step-by-step guide to viewing your child’s report card in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
Over the past trimester, our students have been actively engaged both academically and socially. From band and choir concerts to the SOAR Art Show, educational field trips, Social Justice fundraisers, the MLK Jr. Day of Service, World Read Aloud Day, the Spelling Bee, and various cultural celebrations, our school community has been vibrant and full of meaningful learning experiences.
We are incredibly proud of our students’ efforts and extend our gratitude to our dedicated staff for fostering an inclusive, engaging, and rigorous learning environment.
As we move into the spring season, we encourage all students to remain focused on meeting our academic and behavioral expectations. There are still many opportunities to get involved in the wide range of extracurricular clubs and activities offered at McCracken throughout the year.
Consistent attendance remains essential for all students to achieve continued academic success. This is especially important for our 8th grade students as they prepare for graduation and their transition to high school in the coming months.
If you would like to request a print copy of your child’s report card, please complete the Print Report Card Request Form. A print copy of the report card can be sent by postal mail to the student’s Home Address on file in PowerSchool OR prepared for pickup by arrangement with the school office IF…
- The name, email address, and relationship to student submitted on the form matches the Student Contact information on file in PowerSchool
AND - The individual requesting and picking up the report card is authorized for PowerSchool access to student data.
If the above requirements are not met, the print report card will not be prepared. Please call the McCracken office at 847-673-1220 as needed for assistance.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support.
Sincerely,
Nancy Ariola, Principal
Marty Behm, Assistant Principal
Trevor Dykes, Assistant Principal
