Dear McCracken Families,

Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) testing begins on Monday April 10th. Students will be taking IAR tests for math and reading on the mornings of April 10th-13th and following modified schedules on those days.

Some helpful reminders for parents:

  1. Students should bring a charged Chromebook every day. Make sure they are charging them overnight the nights before testing.
  2. Students should bring wired headphones or earbuds to school on these days. We will have extras in the main office.
  3. Make sure students get a good night’s rest the night before testing, a good breakfast the morning of testing, and to arrive at school on time to ensure a smooth start to their test sessions.
