On April 27, 2010 almost 40 parents, teachers and administrators met to discuss the direction of our PTA. We did some preliminary work to gather ideas and language for a mission statement. After that meeting, a small group met to draft a statement. The following is what we composed. The PTA voted unanimously to approve this Mission and Vision statement on May 25, 2010:
