Niles Township Schools ELL Parent Center 

The ELL Parent Center provides resources for the families of English Language Learners throughout Skokie. Jointly supported by school districts in Niles Township, it offers English classes, health information and support for families who may be unfamiliar with American schools. Services are free and open to families of children in Niles Township public schools.
